How to motivate yourself?

Ever feel like you have had enough? Ever feel like screaming or breaking things? like you have reached the point of non return? We can even call it frustrated with yourself and everyone around you? All you want might be to just stay home, close the curtains and be alone!!!


Yet, you are not in a position to do this, either because of the bills you must pay or the obligations in your life.

I am so there and I don't know how to get out of it. I feel that I have lost the passion in my work and that my need of achievement is not being met. I feel that the grass may be greener on the other side. I know that this is complete bull!!!! so how do I kick myself and get my motivation back?

Today my first step will be to list all I love and all that I am grateful for in my job. It's always worked to make a gratitude list as it helps me refocus on all that I have rather than in all that I think I lack.

So gratitude list, here I come. ;-)
